It's that time of year again, SPRING CLEANING. I just moved my family into a new home and took this cleaning thing up a notch. We had to paint the entire interior because it was soooo bad. Brown everywhere, yuck! The level of dust in this place was unbelievable and we're still not done yet. We have to clean the old home as well, blah.
The other half of my Spring cleaning is getting rid of old stuff and/or people with negative attachments then I set a new foundation for my long term future. I do this every March as it seems to be my divine time for major life events to occur in my world naturally and I'll need space to accommodate them. I'm calling this process "The F plan" which focuses on finances, fitness, friends and/or family. For some people it's simply the act of following through with any plan, necessary life change or spiritual awakening.
If you find yourself being lead toward the F Plan you may be overwhelmed. Don't worry, just because you're gearing up for major life changes doesn't mean you have to do it all at once. There's no real calendar you must follow or time limit to complete your work. Here's what the plan entails:
Finances
Set a new budget for your daily life and monthly bills with your current income. If you end up attracting more earned income in the future, then you can always readjust. If you have debt, do your research and/or find a professional to get you on a plan that will eliminate it as quickly as possible. The same goes for cleaning up your credit. Make this a priority and stick to your plan(s) no matter what. This may be difficult at first, depending on your financial state and habits. It could require you to change your lifestyle and sacrifice frivolous activities (unnecessary shopping, going out, etc).
Fitness
It's not about looking like a model, but feeling good and being healthy. You don't have to go crazy, but staying in shape is necessary for living the best possible life. It'll also save in healthcare costs in the long term future. This too may require you to reevaluate your lifestyle and make some changes. It takes work, patience and persistence. In order to keep myself motivated, I have to look at working out as a required action in my daily routine. I schedule my time and stick to it.
Friends
This is the easy one. If things are good then great! IF not, then it may be time to remove someone from your life whether it's a temporary or permanent change. Not much work is needed with this one.
Family
We're not required to love people just because they're biologically related to us. We can't control which family members love us either. Though we may think these people should be loyal, they don't have to be. This is the #1 reason families go through emotional crap. Some people have a tendency to place heavy expectations on their family when they're not capable of such behavior. This is the hardest lesson I've learned and was forced to accept. If you have a great family structure then obviously this doesn't apply to you. There are always improvements we can make though, so please take the time to connect with those you love!

The F Plan is just a shortened version of what could be going on with the masses in general from March to the end of May this year. You may or may not be lead to such changes or life lessons at this time. Spring cleaning is always a good idea though. You'll have a nicer space to look forward to and you'll feel more inspired in your daily life.
